In November 2023, during a game drive through the Kenyan savannah, Lutricia was peppering her guide Anthony with questions that weren't typical tourist fare—questions about tourism operations, visitor patterns, and what truly makes a safari extraordinary.
"You could return to tourism," Anthony said. "We could go into business together."
As luck would have it, Anthony had registered the Complete Safaris company name a decade before his encounter with Lutricia, a product of his experience, foresight, and years-long vision of creating truly personalized safari adventures.
​That conversation—between a Central Pennsylvania resident with a passion for hospitality and a Kenyan guide with over 30 years of expertise—became Complete Safaris.
